I have been coming to this dealership for a few years now. They’ve always been very clear, conscious of my tight budget, and always so professional. This last time I needed an entire new engine at 91,000 miles. While needing a new engine was extremely frustrating, it was not due to the service team. They made sure I had extended warranty and were very clear on the price I would need to pay. They were great at following up with me, and Destiny (the associate who was on my case) was so helpful. She remembered everything I was going through, was so kind, and kept me up to date. She was very clear and made the process so much less overwhelming. I had to go back after I picked up my car, and making sure it was safe to drive was her #1 priority. More
