Brittany the service representative did an excellent job from start to end. The service area was clean , various seating options, and snacks. I received one of their President’s Day Sales advertisements. The sales claims seemed to be too good to be true, so I called and confirmed them on the phone with the sales manager. He quoted me a advertisements. The sales claims seemed to be too good to be true, so I called and confirmed them on the phone with the sales manager. He quoted me a price on one of their Bronco Sports for $33k and confirmed that a $1500 discount (mentioned in the ad) would be applied. My wife and I drove in and sat down to buy the car. Now the same vehicle was $3000 more ad the $1500 discount was allegedly already in the price of the car! I previously bought 2 cars from this place - I won’t again. Integrity and truth matter. Deception and lies have no place in a business that wants to be respected and highly rated. You have to earn that. More

Was very disappointed with this dealership. Had never been treated with little respect. Had an appointment and apperantly VIP but that don't mean anything. After 30 minutes of waiting with our salesman hiding in the back while a second buyer comes in and they working on selling this person the vehicle.
