My Review of Premier Subaru:
I went to Premier Subaru looking for a replacement for my 2000 Outback and was fortunate enough to meet James Crook. He was what every salesmen should be knowledgeable, friendly, and not pushy. Those few things he wasn't sure of he gave the right answer for "I'm not sure, let me go check." This is so much better than making something up. When it comes time for a new car for my wife I will make the drive again from Pennsylvania to Connecticut. I also think my Mother was convinced of the quality that Subaru puts out and might switch from Ford when she's ready for a new car. Thank you to Mr. Crook for making our purchase as painless as possible.

My Review of Premier Subaru:
I was new to this Subaru Dealership. James Crook was the best salesman. I did not feel pressured, all questions answered thoroughly, shown all areas - showroom, parts and service. I test drove a 2012 Forester and with trade-in (wish the price had been higher as my car was in excellent condition, good resale),I was driving the new Forester less than a week later. All paper work, transfer of plates, insurance etc. was ready to go when I arrived. Follow up - excellent. Good Luck, James.

My Review of Premier Subaru:
I was treated very professionally by all the staff from Sales to Finance.

The price I paid for the vehicle was very competitive and the Salesman took the time to explain the program with Costco which saved me an additional $500

The Salesman took the time to explain all the features of the vehicle as well as linking my i-phone to the blue tooth system.

I was given a chance to test drive the vehicle prior to making a purchase decision which was not made under any pressure.

The finance Mgr. was very knowledgable and friendly and got me the best interest rate availalbe.

When I took delivery of the vehicle it was in perfect condition and ready when promised.

Overall it was a very positive experience. I feel I got my money's worth, and I love this new Impreza!!

Vanessa was an excellent salesperson. Because of my financial situtation I couldn't get the car that I wanted but Vanessa searched until she found the perfect car for me. She was just great. I am going to tell my friends to see her at Premier when looking for a vehicle. I cannot praise her enough for your help with me. She is an asset to Premier Subaru.

I've been using this dealership for 5 years, and just bought my 2nd Subaru from them. All of the employees, literally, are friendly, respectful, genuine, non-pushy, informative, and eager to help. I know Bob best, but the service department is just what it should be: the best service humanly possible, and that's what makes this particular dealership an easy "5" for me. The product sells itself: it's the service that puts Premier on the top shelf!

My Review of Premier Subaru:
This dealership was awesome. The place didn't feel creepy or pushy like most dealerships do. I dealt with Herman, who was super helpful - he made the whole process very smooth. The only reason I gave the overall experience only a 'good' rating was purely the amount of time I had to wait. I waited HOURS just to do all the closing paperwork. This was not Herman's fault, and I should say that everyone else I dealt with was also great - -they were helpful and accommodating when all the bank stuff was moving so slowly. But for some reason, I had to wait forever just to sign all the papers. That is my only suggestion for improvement of service. Otherwise, stellar place and excellent prices without sacrificing quality. Thanks, Herman!

We had a very good experience at Premier Subaru. Jeff Irzyk was our salesman and we have to say he went out of his way to help us and answer all our questions. We have called him on numerous occasions both before and and after with questions. Jeff always got back to us promptly with the information we needed. The fact that you can get a return call after the sale is quite impressive. In dealing with car salesmen previous to this all they were interested in was the sale. This shows commitment to the product and how important customer satisfaction is to Jeff and Subaru. All in all a job well done!
