This dealership is the nicest one I’ve ever been in. The people are the friendliest, and I mean all of the people. Inside the building is super bright with lots of day light coming into the showroom. Ther you will find a collection of Subarus from years back displayed up high . The lounge is very comfortable with a great layout and furniture. Everything looks and feels new and very clean. There’s one wall that has a very large living moss mural of sorts. It’s stunning.. all the employees sitting at desks have no walls around them closing them in. . Everyone is accessible.. even the area where the cars are being worked on is in full view . The owner/manager is accessible and friendly. I had the feeling that the employees there were happy with their jobs .. I rarely see that. I have had great service on my car a few times .. very little waiting time . I travel an hour to get to this dealership . It’s worth it for me.as it’s always a pleasant experience. More

I want to start by saying I love my Suburu. I purchased two from another dealer. What my dealer wanted to charge me for my 30k maintenance was astronomical. So I checked around and found a spec I purchased two from another dealer. What my dealer wanted to charge me for my 30k maintenance was astronomical. So I checked around and found a special at Premier Suburu. Arriving at the dealership I was struck by the pristine environment. Spotless! Everyone was so kind and attentive while I waited. They provided two different areas to wait while service was performed. One where you can watch you car being worked on. Premier is a little bit further than my original dealership, but the service area was first class at a reasonable price. I highly recommend Premier Suburu. More

Overall experience was excellent, far exceeding expectations! We were traveling from out of town when the "check engine" light came and car started running roughly. It was late on Friday aftern expectations! We were traveling from out of town when the "check engine" light came and car started running roughly. It was late on Friday afternoon. I called my home dealer to advise me what to do, they just said to "get it towed". Out of desperation, I then called the nearest Subaru dealer to my location, which was Premier Subaru. Talked on the phone with Mike, who gave a detailed explanation of what might be going on. He talked me through some checks over the phone, which helped me believe it would be safe to drive the car to their location the next day. They couldn't do anything on Friday given the late hour, but assured me they would take care of our problem Saturday, even though there were fully booked with no appointments available. Upon arrival Saturday Dominic took it from there, he was terrific to work with and an excellent communicator. After 4 hours (a much shorter time than expected given the busy Saturday and no appointment) the car was repaired at a very fair price and we were back on the road. I would give Mike, Dominic, and the Premier Subaru team 10 stars were that an option. They deliver the kind of customer-focused individual attention that is getting increasing hard to find these days. Highly recommended, if they weren't 2 hours away I'd make them my permanent "go-to" dealership. More
