My Review Of Premier Toyota Scion:
After I entered the dealership, I was greeted immediately with no wait by the wonderfully friendly Nicole Alles from the internet team. I knew which Corolla I wanted to look at, had done my research, had no trade-in, and was prepared for a cash deal if it passed my extensive mechanical checklist and test drive. She led me to the detailing area to show me the car, and for a considerable period of time I looked under the hood and under the car, around it, inside and out, and asked many, many detailed questions about recalls, the former owner, etc. During this entire time, Nikki was very patient, calm, and collected and answered all of my questions. We went for a test drive for a while as I asked more questions and tested all the controls and put it through it's paces. The test drive was a dream-I enjoyed it so much that I didn't want to go back! Everything checked out and was in excellent condition. We finally went back and she presented me with purchase options, of which I opted for a single check. Even though I paid cash, it gave me less leverage than I expected, which was surprising even though I pushed. However, since the car was in such good condition I was willing to conceed a few hundred dollars and still be within the max price I was willing to pay and be under blue book. I signed the papers as the car was detailed. Detailing was fast but done right. During my whole experience, which was a few hours, I did not hear any employees swear or yell at each other or anyone around me. It appeared to be a well-run dealership that values ethics and customers properly while seeking honest profit-that is important, and had it not appeared so I would have left. I couldn't have asked for a better salesperson-She was patient, friendly, professional, honest, and an absolute joy to be around! I look forward to speaking with her again in the future.
