I put a $500. 00 deposit down on a used vehicle and proceeded with purchasing. On 1/20, I texted Brandon about my decision and requested information regarding return of the deposit. When that text was unanswered, I texted him again. And I’ve been texting every day, sometimes twice a day, from January 21, including today. Similarly, there was no response from Amy. I had left three voice messages and have not heard back. Our disappointment notwithstanding, as of noon today, I’ve still not received the $500.00 deposit return. More

I had a great experience with my purchase at Prestige. Jennifer, my sales rep, was knowledgable and quick to respond to questions. Upon my decision to purchase the vehicle I was told that it had a stop sale on it due to a rearview camera recall from the manufacturer. Since I couldn't complete the purchase, I was assured that they would look into what was needed for the fix, and promised they would follow up regularly until we had an answer. I received a few calls with updates, and then within 2 weeks, Prestige was able to provide the manufacturer recommended recall repair. The delivery process was quick and easy. Even sitting with the finance person, Amy, was honest, quick, and painless. I would definitely recommend Jennifer, Amy and Prestige moving forward! More
