That was not a good review and you have nothing to say for yourselves when your customer service and sales department are not very professional, don't answer phones and don't call you back even after leaving a message (or 2), but thank you for wishing me happy and safe miles for the vehicle I had to get from a different dealership. Or is that just an automated response that you send to everyone? Real personal! I do wonder what the owner of Prestige Hyundai/ Toyota of Kingston has to say about all of the above?
