Didn't Keep Their Word Our car used buying experience was good, though they wouldn't budge on the internet price. Per our request, they did throw in car mats and a cargo liners, and a full tank of gas, but did not make good on their promise of some touch up paint, which I have a written IOU for. Even after texts and phone calls that were not returned and a Facebook PM where they said they would get it out to us, they have since ignored us. We are so far very happy with the car. Just do your due diligence when purchasing a used car because the dealer won't always be forthcoming with you. For example, this car was in a small fender bender which the dealer did not disclose. My husband is an auto adjuster by trade so he noticed it. It didn't show up on Car Fax because the car was previously a rental and rental companies do their own repairs which do not show up on Car Fax. So, though I would have lived to give this dealership an excellent review I cannot. It really bothers me that they did not keep their word on the paint. Add to list Edit More

I had a set budget that she was able to work with. Any questions that I had, she answered and said if I had any more, I could always contact her. Once everything was finalized, she took me to my car and showed me how the features worked. You know that big kool-aid smile that a little kid gets when they get a toy that they wanted? Well, I had that same smile as I was driving away :-D I would definitely recommend this Prestige!! As a matter of fact, I already have to several people. More

new car We had been looking for an all wheel drive vehicle for a few months and decided to look at the Santa Fe.
