Cassandra (Cassie) Meiswinkel delivered a top-notch buying experience from my initial contact with her. Of the dozen other dealerships I contacted over the period I researched a Toyota RAV4 and its various options and packages, Cassie at Prestige in Kingston, New York, provided the quickest and most accurate information to my questions and requests. When I visited the dealership (which is over an hour's drive from my residence) the exact vehicles with requested packages were immediately available at the door and ready to drive. At other dealerships I visited, this was not the case, even when I set up appointments. I highly recommend Prestige as the dealership of choice in the Hudson Valley. I cannot convey enough how upfront, straighforward, and respectful this dealership is based on my experience with them. It is apparent that customer service and fair pricing is a norm - no push to add extra items or to try and sell a vehicle to me that I did not want - I got the actual vehicle I researched and requested at a fair price. After test driving the vehicle with Cassie and discussing the options, I found the price offered to be competitive and within the range I would expect for the vehicle I purchased. Plus, the initial offer was a few hundred dollars lower than the best final offers from two other dealerships I also found to be great to work with when researching a vehicle. To me, it came down to Cassie's communication and the dealership's commitment to the customer, which was readily evident the second I stepped into the door of the dealership. Bottom line - visit Prestige and speak with Cassie if you want to purchase a vehicle. At a minimum you will find a team at Prestige that will treat you with respect and will work diligently to earn your business. More
