Overall experience was good. No haggle price was very good . Everything fine but as a Hyundai dealer they should inform you that the new Elantra's do not come with a spare tire, "donut or otherwise". customer service is the worst Had a several problems with my 2010 Hyundai Santa Fa, Paid 1400 dollars to get the catalytic converter fixed. Had a problem with transmission at 9500 miles, brought to dealer was sent away and was told they could not help me. Transmission get worse, brought back after 100000 miles and was told that they could not help me because warranty had expired even thou I brought the problem to their attention before that. appealed to corporate headquarter, after being without a car to drive for almost a mount they told me I was not a loyal customer and they would not cover it. The service manager at Prestige Hyundai in not very nice to people and has a poor attitude. would never buy another Hyundai product ever again, especially at this dealer ship. More
Brought vehicle for second time because of faulty air bag sensor in passenger seat. Service manager's attitude was poor at best. Was told the first time that airbag would work even though light said air ba sensor in passenger seat. Service manager's attitude was poor at best. After checking with another service department I was told that this was not only a wrong answer but it was irresponsible and potentially catastrophic in the event of a collison. Most recently the service manager seemed clueless as what to do and offered no remedy other than he'll speak to his rep. He made no committment to fix the problem and wouldnt schedule another appt. Stating he would call when he had more info. Now, almost 2 weeks later i still have the same problem with no committment to fix it! Inoperable air bag seems like an urgent problem to me. Maybe a complaint to the local newspapers is in order, or maybe a letter the the National Highway Safety Board......what do you think? More
Went looking for new all wheel drive vehicle. The salesmen that greeted me was knowledgeable and personable. I was shown all features of the vehicle I was interested in. Test drove vehicle and was made aware of safety and convience features. Settling on a final price was painless and I feel that the final terms were fair. This was my first exposure to the dealership and also the vehicle and I came away from the experience impressed with both. Recomended. More
Let me start by saying that I HATE car dealerships. I have never had a good experience at one. Paul the salesman was outstanding. I told him what I wanted and he got it for me exactly. No nonsense. He didn't try to sell me anything that I didn't want or that i couldn't afford. Then he gave me to Liz the business agent who explained everything to me and wasn't pushy about the options I had. I bought the car I wanted and plan on buying my next car there as well. I would recomend this dealership AND these two associates to anyone who asked. An excellent car buying experience from a person who can't stand buying cars at dealerships. If there were stars, I would give them all 5! More
We have purchased three new cars from Prestige within the past year and worked exclusively with Autumn each time. During the forty years that we have been purchasing cars, this is the first time we have eve past year and worked exclusively with Autumn each time. During the forty years that we have been purchasing cars, this is the first time we have ever been satisfied enough with the experience to return to the same dealer. Prestige, and Autumn in particular, provide a terrific sales experience. Autumn is knowledgeable and professional but not aggressive. Autumn promptly responds to all telephone calls and emails and follows through on every representation made pre-sale. Even after the sale Autumn has been helpful in answering our questions and scheduling appointments. More
My Subaru had 120,000 miles and my husband bought a truck this year, so it was my turn. I knew I was looking for a sports car- I went to the Ford dealer and drove a Mustang; I went to the Corvette dealer an this year, so it was my turn. I knew I was looking for a sports car- I went to the Ford dealer and drove a Mustang; I went to the Corvette dealer and drove the low/middle class affordable model; I went to Prestige to test drive the Genesis after seeing the commercial on TV starring the 3.8 premium and Smashing Pumpkins Billy Croghan making donuts in the sun. Now I know why Billy had an ear to ear smile on his face- loved it! Add the excellent salesman, George, to the mix at Prestige and I was walking out the door with the Genesis coupe. More
I had been casually shopping around for a car to replace my Elantra, which has 185,000 miles on it. Since I had purchased that car several years ago at Prestige, I decided to go back there when I finally go my Elantra, which has 185,000 miles on it. Since I had purchased that car several years ago at Prestige, I decided to go back there when I finally got serious about getting a car. Robert was very helpful and friendly, and very quickly came up with the car that fit my needs and was within my budget. I had promised a salesman at another dealership that I would check with him before I purchased from someone else, but after test driving the Sonata, I knew I was going to buy that car. Robert helped expedite the process, and the manager actually got me a better rate than I got through the credit union. I would highly recommend Prestige to anyone looking to buy a car! More
I had a terrific experience with this dealership and their staff. My husband and I were looking for a new car under the "Cash for Clunkers" program, and I was overwhelmed by all of the paperwork that w their staff. My husband and I were looking for a new car under the "Cash for Clunkers" program, and I was overwhelmed by all of the paperwork that we needed. Lauren was fantastic! She clearly explained the documentation that was needed and kept calling me to make sure that we were on track, since the federal government's deadline for submission was approaching quickly. In particular, we had great difficulty in getting a release of lien letter, and she personally went to bat for us by telephoning the company herself and getting it to expedite. Otherwise, we would have lost our financing through the "Clunkers" program. In short, she was the one who made this deal happen through sheer determination! Even before that, she patiently worked with us to make sure that we got a car that fit our needs and our budget. She was energetic and tireless----always polite and good-natured during a time when she and the other salespeople were coping with tremendous demands on both time and patience. Once we finalized our deal and got our paperwork (just under the wire!), we met with Paolo (PJ) who was also a pleasure to deal with. He, too, methodically explained our various financing options, warranties, etc., even though he had many other applicants to meet with that day. Finally, Kenny from the service department explained the future maintenance schedule, offered to show us the service department, and was generally courteous, informative, professional, and very nice. This was a completely positive experience, and I can't say enough to praise this dealership and the people I met there. Many thanks to them! More
