This is a GREAT dealer and an HONEST dealer! My past experience with dealers has been truly harrowing. All dishonest, trying to deceive you and rip you off at every turn. Buying a Kona from My past experience with dealers has been truly harrowing. All dishonest, trying to deceive you and rip you off at every turn. Buying a Kona from Cassie was a new and refreshing experience! I was at first very alarmed at how easy it seemed to get things done and was very afraid there was going to be an attempt to rip me off in the end. But nope. It was quick and easy from beginning to end. No haggling, no deception, no dishonesty. Just a very quick and fair price on my trade in up front, a large discount on the new car offered up front on top of incentives, and a buying process that was very streamlined and efficient. And they kept their word on their offers all the way through. No changes in the end. The back office isn't that bad either. They try to sell you warranties and gap insurance but nothing stupid that insults your intelligence like scotchgard, etc. Best experience by far I've ever had! More

my experience was great All I was aiming for was to test drive & check out the Sante Fe sports SUV. In 2 and a half hours, I had a car. Gina Marie had the basics of pricing, All I was aiming for was to test drive & check out the Sante Fe sports SUV. In 2 and a half hours, I had a car. Gina Marie had the basics of pricing, fees etc. down to a half minute explanation. All questions were answered and between Tues & Wed, she spent time going over the car, what buttons were for; she hooked up my bluetooth, adjusted seats. She never seemed rushed, was extremely friendly, patient & knowledgeable. What more could I ask for? The winning lottery ticket maybe, but buying this car start to finish took max 4 hrs.
