The sales manager quickly showed us financing and leasing options making our decision to buy an easy one. On the day of our pick up, Gina gave us a complete tutorial on all of the cars bells and whistles. Awesome tech! When I pulled out of the lot I felt perfectly comfortable in my new ride. Our only disappointment was with BlueLink. We could not get our phones to connect and could not get any real answers why. After some digging we were told by BlueLInk that it only works with phones that are version 5 or higher. This should be common knowledge at the dealership. More

Horrible Customer Service and Disrespectful Employees I wanted to purchase my leased Hyundai because the lease was due to mature in a few days. Time was of the essense because I certainly didn't want to have to pay fees. I had no idea what the procedure was and wanted to speak to someone and make an appointment to purchase the vehicle. I could not get anyone to help me. Everyone passed the buck. One employee was verbally abusive, disrespectful, and unprofessional. Another employee didn't show up for an appointment and then blatantly told me to go elsewhere. Even the General Manager of the dealership didn't return my calls and emails. All three men should be ashamed of themselves! I'm a senior citizen and was treated like a second class citizen! I had been a loyal customer for 13 years. I had purchased and leased three consecutive vehicles and serviced the vehicles at their service center as well. I'll never go there again, and I advise you to stay away, as well! More

When the car came in she set up a convenient delivery appointment. I drove in, signed the papers and drove home in my new Ioniq. Very happy! More
