I am a Staff Sergeant David Nevels Jr United States Marine Corps (Active) currently stationed at Stewart Air national guard base in Newburgh Ny, In support of Marine air group 49 Det Bravo. I am writing this review on behalf of my experience and OUTSTANDING help that Joe Puga at prestige motors helped me buy a Vehicle that I had trying to purchase since May 3rd. Just a quick back ground I am Married with two Girls and one on the way. I 've had been for at least 2 hours a day and spending at least 4 to 6 hours at mutiple dealarships a week desperatly seaching for the Cadiliac CTS-V Sedan or Wagon that is reasonalbly priced and will take my trade in a good value. Frustration and anxiety was settling in and i was just about ready to give up and settle for different car, but as Joe contacted me on Saturday to set up a appointment i kept a little hope that maybe this may work out. So i drove down to his dealership on moday morning after working a long weekend and met up with him. First impression of the dealership was just breath taking. My first Impression of Joe was kind ,courtsey and professional so i requested if we could go on a test drive first he said no problem then we hit the road. We returned after 15 or so minutes and i was extremley impressed with the vehicle and from there Joe did everything from bringing me water to allowing me to use his phone to call my bank for a two hours to negotitae a deal. We went back and forth for at least 5 hours trying to reach a payment number that was comfortable with me. Finally after a long day around 300 or 330 we had a deal. He shook my hand and said Congratulations you are owner of a 2011 cadiliac CTS-V Wagon. i had to go pick up my wife so that we could sign that paper work and he was there past 8pm going on 9pm . That is above and beyond to me and i cant express my gratitude enough. I work around hundreds of military personnel mainly Marines and the first thing they asked me was where did you get that car and what kind of deal did they offer you for the Camaro. So i tell them . From the very first visit, the atmosphere was warm and friendly. Andrew was extremely helpful, patient and instrumental in helping me choose a GL diesel over the porsche Cayenne I was being offered at Jack Daniels. Even with the unavailability of diesel models he was able to get one that matched my specifications and more. Getting the approval took some time but he made me feel at home and explained every step of the process to me and kept in touch all the time. The other staff I met were all friendly and courteous, the coffee is superb and the waiting room is comfortable. They carry the name "mercedes benz" well.
