My Review of Prestige Volkswagen:
Ms. Santos was very prompt to greet me at the door. She was very thorough explaining the options in the car we test drove and services provided by Prestige Volkswagen. She went above and beyond to answer some challenging questions about features, going to the manager and service center.
The day of the test drive, I wasn’t ready to purchase and she did not pressure me. Meredith covered all the angles and even attempted to get a discounted rate from the manager, far below what she’d seen him agree to in the past. Two days later, I contacted the dealer and we closed the deal. It all worked out; I got what I had hoped for on my trade in, and got the car I wanted.

Bought a 2010 VW CC from Meredith @ Prestige last October and love the car. The deal was very smooth and easy, quite a pleasent change from many cars I have bought. The follow-up services have also been smooth and VWs service plan is great. And I also like my VW ball cap.

My Review of Prestige Volkswagen:
I was totally pleased with the service received from Prestige. Our car was Hit bt lightening and wasn't able to be fixed. During the whole, multiple weeks process, Julie maintained contact and support wiTh us. Above and beyond what was expected. Meredith came into the picture and helped us to find a car that fit what we were looking for. I forgot to mention that we were in WV a few weeks after the car was brought in to the garage.

Meredith was competent, friendly, and knowledgeable in her service for us. Great team approach at Prestige and will definitely purchase from them in the future. Thank you Meredith and Julie

Sean was a really good salesman. He did not pressure us, let us look & stayed back until we asked questions. I hate going to look at a car as most salesman get on my nerve, very pushy, Sean was different. I would def. go back if I needed another car. I would also recommend him to anyone looking for one.
