Everyone we dealt with was a seasoned pro. No wet behind the ears, over aggressive young sales reps. What makes it even more impressive is that this was a used car for just a few thousand dollars, and we were treated as if we were buying a brand new car for tens of thousands. I haven't had the car serviced yet so I can't comment on the "automotive service". But "customer service" was great. Imagine how you will be treated when you buy a new car. We dealt with the receptionist, 3 sales reps, one mechanic who moved the plates from the trade in car to the one we bought. The names I remember are Rich Curto, Mark, Joel, and Pat. I thought this type of service and professionalism had disapeared decades ago. Glad to see they are keeping the art of professional, courtious salesmanship and service alive at Prestige Volvo. More

I was very impressed and left the dealership feel good about the whole transaction. There was never a moment where I felt the sales person (Mr. Casser) was just caring about his commission and the custmer in front of him was just another transaction. If you are looking for a very fair price with the excellent service, I would recommend this Volvo dealership over others in the Northeast NJ. More
