Everyone was friendly and business like at the same time. The only thing I would like to mention is that after I got home I checked online to make sure my insurance was set up. I did not find it showing up on the website and when I called the insurance company they said nothing was listed and that they could not do anything unless they spoke to me and got my permission to change the policy. Just wanted to let you know so someone else does not leave thinking they have insurance only to find out that they do not. Other than that everything was good.

Preston BMW has beautiful vehicles and are for sure the best place to go. I absolutely love my Cadillac. I would definitely go to Preston BMW to purchase the perfect car!!!!

After purchasing over 20 new vehicles over the years, my wife and I decided to purchase our first BMW.
Prior to finalizing our sale, we made several trips to Preston BMW, and took more than 1 car on a test-drive. Our salesperson, P. Eli Ruchie, was our contact person, and always went above-and-beyond the normal rhelm of what would be expected.
After we made our decision, Scott Presco came into play. Scott too, was a pleasure to deal with, and helped work out the details to our satisfaction.
As I told Eli and Scott after purchasing our new vehicle, part of my decision on buying from a dealership is the start of a relationship. They have earned our business both current and future. I know where we will be going for our next BMW purchase in a few years.

This is my third BMW. My overall experience with the dealership has been great. I love the low maintenance on BMWs. Really appreciate all the help Mike has been to us. Its been great working with him.

All persons I have dealt with at Preston BMW are very personable and very knowledgable about products sold.
You, as a customer, be it just looking and asking questions about their vehicles are treated with respect. Having a vehicle serviced at Preston is enjoyable if you need to wait for your car; TV, coffee and use of a computer is available. If servicing of vehicle and you can not wait for it , a loaner is offered.
I purchased my 2nd BMW from Al Schwartz. He will work with you and answer any and all questions; and if he can not answer, he will get the answer for you. Al has called after a few days to ensure all is well with you and your vehicle and ask if any questions may have come up that he can help with. Did this three and half years ago when I purcased my first BMW, an X5, it was preowned.

Aaron was a true PROFESSIONAL. He did not simply sell a car....his enthusiasm for BMW and my family will result in others purchases in the future.A rare gem in the car dealership arena.No question was considered silly and his patience was appreciated.

I had an average experience while dealing with Preston BMW. I didn't care for the fact that the salesman rode along with me for the test drive, especially since he smoked a cigarette.

Excellent customer service!!! They worked with us on all aspects,from financing options to service after the sale. I highly recommend them and we WILL be going back to purchase our next car. Aaron is very personable and knowledgeable about the car business and truly has some strong people skills as he did not dismiss any of our concerns lightly. We will be back !!!!
