Car repair and Inspection I had a VERY positive experience with the Toyota Service Department. The courtesy and professional care were exemplary. I felt that Jeff Swanson's I had a VERY positive experience with the Toyota Service Department. The courtesy and professional care were exemplary. I felt that Jeff Swanson's efforts should be at least rewarded with a high recommendation from me. There where special needs for my Sister's car that needed extra attention and Jeff was patient, attentive, and knowledgeable every step of the way. His professionalism should be recognized by his superiors as well. I have been a loyal customer at Preston's for years and will continue to be if the quality of service is at the high level that Jeff has displayed. I look forward to dealing with him in the near future. This evaluation is for two visits, one with a 2007 Corolla and the other for a 2008 Avalon. More

Stand behind your own product!!! I took my Caravan in for an ABS problem. They did a quick diagnostic and confirmed what I had told them when I called. The accumulator was not holdi I took my Caravan in for an ABS problem. They did a quick diagnostic and confirmed what I had told them when I called. The accumulator was not holding pressure. They said that they did not have the part and would call me when they found one. They called a few hours later and told me they had found one locally at Columbiana Dodge and I could take my van there. I told them that it was just as far to go there as it was to their place. The Preston tech then told me that dealers generally won't transfer hard to find parts. So I suggested that I would go and buy the part and they could reimburse me. He said he would have to check with his boss. He never called back. I called the Columbiana parts dept. and just so happened to get the same parts guy that Preston had talked to. HE TOLD ME THAT PRESTON HAD INDEED CALLED AND HE HAD SAID, "SURE WE HAVE HAD THIS PART SITTING AROUND FOR YEARS, YOU CAN HAVE IT.!!" I called Preston back and told them "If you don't want to work on my car, just tell me!" I Took my Van to Columbiana Dodge and they fixed my ABS problem and even provided me with a free rental while it was being serviced. More
