My wife and I went in to Price Ford to get the oil changed in our little Fiesta and found a brand new Escape that was everything we had been looking for in an upgrade. We bought a vehicle in August and weeks later a minor oil leak occurred around a seal. We took in it since we have the FULL SERVICE WARRANTY for 2 years. Apparantly, that seal wasn't covered, so we paid an leak occurred around a seal. We took in it since we have the FULL SERVICE WARRANTY for 2 years. Apparantly, that seal wasn't covered, so we paid another few hundred. Then the seal popped out again on the way home. They came out and fixed it a few days later. The next morning, we tried a 5 mile test drive but after 3, the engine lights came on and the engine seized. Now Price Ford and the Warranty company (that Price Ford said would not honor any claim anyway, they just deny everything) laughs at us when trying to resolve it. We are old, disabled and now stranded all thanks to Price Ford, Superior Protective Services from Aluquerque NM, and Ford motor company in general and we are out nearly 10, 000 and still have no vehicle. NEVER BUY FROM PRICE FORD. They have absolutely no business ethics whatsoever. Don't let our deaths be in vain. More
