Employee(s) Dealt With: Kris Antle

My Review of Priority Toyota Scion Richmond:
Kris was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the car I drove as well as the other models and what they had to offer and how they differed. We were able to get an excellent value and the financing staff really worked with us to give us a true deal. The Priorities for Life program sounds great and I look forward to coming back to the service department to get work done on the car.

My Review of Priority Toyota Scion Richmond:
Wonderful salesman and dealership. Everyone was very friendly and our overall experience was great with the exception of the 6 hrs we were there, it took a while to get everything straight. I have and will continue to recommend this dealer, the benefits you offer your customers is outstanding! (oil changes, inspection, etc). You will most definitely see me in the future as I have a teenager about to turn 16 who is very interested in the prius.

I was hesitant about buying a new car. The salesman Nate took his time and made me feel very comfortable. The manager that assisted was great and helped me obtain the payment that I needed. We look forward to trying their manicure area when I return for service. Thank you Priority.

My Review of Priority Toyota Scion Richmond:
Ibought a 2010 Matrix S back in Jan2011.I have to say that I was very pleased to find this dealership...They took the time to shop for a loan for me,which I must say that my credit wasnt that good and it seems that some dealers either dont want take the time,or they dont have the right people in place with the right contacts. I do have one con,I felt I knew mare about the Matrix than my sales person. The dealer didnt have a booklet for the Matrix. I had one that I got in the state that I live in,plus I had ordered one to be mailed to me. I had to go out of state to get my Matrix. I am having only one issue for now,the problem is this,my Matrix doesnt have the Chrome
exhaust tip. The day I was there to purchase the car I noticed it was not on the car.I had seen them on the corolla model. I was told they had the part in back and the dealer installs the tip at the dealership.I had asked Sandra if she can get me the part that I would attach it when I returned home. Sandra said she wouldgo back and get me the part and have the car cleaned and ready for me to pick up after I finished my paper work.. I would like to have the part sent to me if she can get me one. Thanks for your time Michael Klooz 5202 US 70 Mebane,NC 27302

My Review of Priority Toyota Scion Richmond:
We found the vehicle that we were looking for on their website so we stopped by to look at it after we left the gym. Granted, I was in shorts, a t-shirt and running shoes, but I stood there and stared at Antonio for about two minutes and then he turned around and walked inside. He did hold the door open for me and after another minute of staring at him inside he asked if he could help me. I explained what I was looking for and that I had seen it on the website, that I had cash and if everything was good with the car I planned on buying it. Apparently the vehicle was actually not at the dealer the website listed it at, it was five hours away. They said that I could still get the internet price if I wanted to deal with the dealer five hours away. He told me that he could have it brought up, but that would probably add $1k to the price. He was very unwilling to do anything to help.

When I returned home, I sent them a message about the experience and asking further about the car. I received a response three days later telling me that I can get a guaranteed trade in price if I use Autotrader. I'm not trading anything in. Apparently they don't even read their emails.

My wife also sent them a message. They replied to her that they had the vehicle and would like to set up a test drive for her the next day. We went along. She asked about a dozen times, are you sure that you have the car, I don't want to have to pack my kids up and come down there if it's gone. She was assured every time that it was on the lot, they had "personally touched it." She called the morning on the "test drive," and was told that it was sold, but they had some other great deals that she should come look at.

MORONS, shady morons.

Employee(s) Dealt With: many names but no one wants to work with us

My Review of Priority Toyota Scion Richmond:
We purchased a certified rav4 from Prioty Toyota January of 2010. January of 2011 we needed a repair done that we were told was not covered under warrenty even though we had purchased an extended warrenty from the same Toyota dealership. The repair was done and sometime later my husband was following behind me and noticed the drivers side rear tire was at an angle. Due to convenience and time we took it to another Toyota dealership to look at it. They found a loose tie rod, drivers side rear had been aligned and left loose. They had to do another alignment. they also discovered the work done was indeed covered under our extended warrenty and they got us a refund from Toyota. We then called and made an appointment to take the vehicle back up to Priority to discuss the issue, show the wear on the tire and give them copies of all paper work done by both dealerships. The service department manager was in a meeting the whole time we were there. We left all paperwork and was told he would call us back later. We never heard from him or anyone else. We have left messages on voice mails, have spoke to people who promised they would relay messages and someone would call us back. No one has called us back and no one seems to care. It's funny how important you are when they want to make a sale but how after thats done and all you want is good service, proper work done and just a simple return call and some answers no one is there for you. Keep your donuts and manicures and just give good customer service and treat us as good as you did when you wanted our sale.

Employee(s) Dealt With: Bob Saunders, General Mgr.

My Review of Priority Toyota Scion Richmond:
I bought a Lincoln LS thru Priority Nissan in October 2011. I had some problems with squeaks in the steering system. Bob Saunders authorized it to be fixed while he was the Genl Mgr at Nissan, the problems continued and he is now Genl Mgr at Toyota but coordinated with J.C, Poole at Nissan to get this problem finally fixed at a Ford dealership. My hats off to Priority for following thru despite a change in Mgrs. It's all to obvious why Priority is soon to have a Volkswagen dealership. Priority is customer oriented and takes care of the customer long after the sale. I will definitely do business with Priority in the future.
