My Review of Priority Toyota Scion Richmond:
A few days ago, A tree fell on my garage and crushed it and totalled all three of my family's cars. We decided to go into debt to purchase one new car for the security of having a reliable vehicle for years to come, and buy two used cars with what was left of the insurance money (that hopefully will hold out until we can afford to buy better ones). Having to make so many decisions over the past few days has been very stressful. Both Jamik's and Robert's demeanor and compassion helped me to relax throughout the negotiating process. They, and the finance group, did all they could to get me into a car for a price and down payment that I could afford. I found the entire experience to be top notch in the customer service aspect. These guys, and Priority Toyota deserve recognition for jobs well done!

We were very particular and specific as to what we were looking for, and a little difficult. Jeannine and Ron were more than helpful and not only found one vehicle for us, but found two. They are the best to deal with. They went above and beyond helping us and still are very helpful after the sales.

I have to say I was impressed with these guys. Haley Toyota is a bunch of bullcrap compared to this with greedy salespeople only after your money entirely. I was properly greeted for once. Then, they sat me down and discussed the options for the vehicle I want to buy, and let me sit inside one of the cars to see if it was to my liking. I see it has replaced the deadbeats at Haley big time. Nothing wrong here (that I can see.) Priority here I come.

Our experience was great from the first contact via the internet to a quick response from Colby Hall with a phone call to our arrival at the dealership and our purchase of our used minivan. It was a no pressure, tour of the minivans that might interest us. Colby heard our request and went a step further to show us something we were not even considering, all the while respectfully giving us our space to decide if the vehicle might meet our needs. Sheldon Pleasant was great also!!! Colby and Sheldon definitely make a great team. Thanks so much for such a pleasant experience. We were referred to you and we will do the same! It was worth the hour and a half drive to Priority Toyota in Chester VA from Newport News, VA! We need a priority on the VA Peninsula!!

My Review of Priority Toyota Scion Richmond:
After driving mini vans for 15 years, deciding on the next style of car to purchase was difficult. Months of every kind of research was helpful.
I visited 3 dealerships over a 2 week period and was not pressured at any one.
The Camry, the employees, and the Priority for Life program were reasons for returning to Priority Toyota Richmond.
I feel comfortable having made this car purchase and comfortable riding in a Camry--a new sedan experience for me.
Thank you for your respectful attitude and patience--and making the numbers work for me.

My Review of Priority Toyota Scion Richmond:
Todd and Steve were wonderful and let us tell them what we wanted. Once we conveyed to them what we wanted, Todd and Steve gave every effort to make it happen. We were very satisfied with the customer service, the dealership and the car, a Toyota Venza. Todd Barnes made sure we were getting the attention and service we needed and followed up with a phone call Monday morning (we bought the car on Saturday) to see how things were going and if we were still in love with the car. We would recommend working with Todd Barnes and Steve Cochran. In addition, the Finance Manager, Kenney Williams was very helpful, informative and most importantly not pushy. We would recommend Priority Toyota to our friends and others.

My Review of Priority Toyota Scion Richmond:
Would I recommmend Priority Toyota? Yes, for the Priorities for Life that come with used vehicles, and for Jeannine McDevitt's impassioned pleas when settling on the final price. No, for the bit of disrespect expressed towards other vehicle makes and the length of time involved in the dickering process. As I wrote the Gen'l Mgr, Priority would not be the first dealership I'd recommend to friends.

Jeannine, you were wonderfully entertaining, and I know where you'd "seen" me. My twin brother had purchased a RAV4 last year(?) from Priority. Excellent memory!

Daniel Dykes, thank you for your patience and help in answering questions concerning the warranty requirements and line items on the sales sheet!

Tony, I really did enjoy meeting you. Maybe next time we can cut to the chase, eh? I'll be better prepared next time, but it might be another six years!
