This place is everything you're afraid of when it comes to buying a used car. It is difficult enough to find a place that will finance when you have bad credit but these people are predatory. I believe they would have approved me no matter what as long as they were able to sell me a car. They only care about making a buck and not at all about selling decent and safe vehicles. They are vultures in the way they do business. They literally take the dead remains of crashed vehicles and do minor body work in an attempt to pass the car off as "solid". The bald that worked there for 3 entire weeks kept repeating how "solid" the vehicle they sold me was. As soon as I arrived with my wife and child the woman was trying to get me to sign paperwork. She was extremely pushy and trying to get me to sign without taking the car for a test drive. She seemed shocked that I even asked to test drive it. As soon as I pulled the vehicle out of their parking lot for a test, every single dashboard light came on. When I returned they told me it was because the battery had been disconnected and sometimes there is a communication error. Knowing that this is a thing, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Again, the woman told me I had 5 days to return the car. They tried to sell us a warranty for $2100 and when we looked up the reviews and didn't want it, the one representative tried to convince me that it was other bad dealerships doing things to make the reputation horrible, not them cause they have only been working with that warranty company for 2 weeks. So you have no experience with this company yet are trying to convince me to spend money on it. I drove the car two and half hours home where I took it to my trusted mechanic that informed me the car was absolutely not going to pass inspection. It had multiple serious problems including leaks all around the engine. When I tried to contact the dealer to take the car back, the bald guy told me he had absolutely no idea what I was referring too when I brought up their 5 day return policy. He said "I didn't talk to you, I have no idea what you're talking about" then informed me that actually that policy is only for newer cars and the only option I have is to get a different car from them. I started up the car to take it back to them and the check engine light started flashing. Fearing it was unsafe to drive, i contacted them requesting a tow and they denied me. They accept no responsibility for if this vehicle blows up on the way to return it to them. Upon arriving they still tried to talk me into keeping this peice of garbage car. When I continued to decline, they got belligerent. They explained that the car is old so I should expect it to have problems. What ever happened to the car being "solid"? Just wanting to be free of these vultures, I decided the best option would be to get the least expensive car. To pay it off and be done with these people. They refused to finance me a less expensive vehicle. Explain to me how this dealership was willing to finance $5000 to me sith bad credit but absolutely would NOT finance me JUST $1500 to get a less expensive car. They can't explain it either. I can explain it for you. If they only finance me $1500 then they get less money out of my overall and they are far too greedy for that. Ultimately I was able to pull strings and come up with the remaining sum of cash to pay off a less expensive vehicle. The vehicle they sold me has a bad ball bearing. The tires that are on the car, do not match the car. All of the lights were out and there was a valve cap that was cracked. This "solid vehicle" is going to require $1500-$2000 of work to make it legal and safe. These people are some of the worst human beings. They only care about their commission. They do not care that they are putting people in dangerous cars. They do not care they are endangering the lives of families. They only want to make a buck. More

We bought a 2016 mini cooper here,drove it for 4 days and it was was leaking oil to the tune of a quart per day! Only reason I’m leaving a one star is because I have to leave a comment, if not this company will receive zero stars, wouldn’t recommend. This dealership is a joke. The car was in the dealership getting fixed longer than it was in my possession. When I finally, got the car for the second time around(all the items that was supposed to be fixed wasn’t fixed but it was more cosmetic issues and the mechanic fixing it wasn’t back from vacation and the part that was ordered didn’t arrive yet). I decided to take it on a short road trip to get my inspection, Keep in mind this is the first time in 1 month since purchasing the car that I had it more than 72 hours. About 30 miles into the trip while on the highway, the car started smoking and making weird noises. I Called AAA, had to get the car towed from PA to NJ. Project one had my car sitting in their lot for 2 weeks, with no communication. I had to call them, just for them to leave me on hold and never get back to the phone. I then called the next day, and then was transferred to Kevin. Very unprofessional way of handling a customer. Fast forward to today, the vehicle needs new transmission. I asked for my money back Kevin said I can’t get my money back and I purchased a used car with high mileage and “this should be expected.” The most he can do is bring the cost of the transmission down to 2K. This is nonsense, the car has been in their possession longer than mine, I was sold a bad car and instead of taking the costs they want me to pay. I will need a refund of my 13K, they will have to fix the transmission and take care of the costs or I will be contacting my lawyer. More

We spoke to 3 different people and they all lied! They said there was a recall on the car we wanted to buy and that the maxima was at the car dealership. It wasn’t true. We called the dealership to check and there was no recall. In NJ you can’t sell a car without fixing a recall. They were using that excuse to lie to us about the availability of the car. In the end we caught them in a lie. They probably didn’t have the car available after telling us they were holding it for us. They were all in cohorts they lied for almost 3 weeks. Finally when we exposed them they never called us back. We believe they either priced the car too cheap or they never had it in the first place and they were just false advertising to attract customers online. But unfortunately we lost another deal because we trusted that they had the car. They didn’t want to take a deposit because they said they’re not allowed until the supposed recall is done!! All lies!! They never had the car. This has been going on since March 1. We’re the 21st today. More
