The service writers are honest and don’t try and sell you stuff you don’t need. They’re honest about how long you can wait to do your repairs if you can’t afford them at the time they’re recommended. I appreciated this as some dealers would not have done that. I went in anyway. During the test drive he again gave me details about the Leaf and his personal experience which then i already made up my mind to purchase the vehicle. The price negotiation was straight forward. Couldn't agree with the pricing so I initially left but came back to purchase the vehicle 1) because of the service I received from James was excellent. 2.) no pressure in buying 3.) fair pricing for the vehicle. He was patient with me through the loan qualification period and made sure that I was okay even when I was in the finance department. I was not thrilled about having to buy a new car. I had recently been in a bad accident and I was not feeling great about any of it, but Dan made the process so easy. I felt well taken care of throughout. I would definitely recommend this dealership to my family and friends in the future. More
