Stay away from Putnam chain (In this case Subaru) for purchasing vehicles. Over the last weekend I rented a one way car to go pick up a new car at the dealer, confirmed on the drive up by phone that I wa purchasing vehicles. When I arrived at the dealership, I was informed that the car had been sold two days ago. Lots of misinformation / deception. Save your time and energy, go somewhere else. Needless to say had get another 1 way rental for the drive home. They do not take credit cards as deposit to hold car purchased over the internet, comment made by John in an email. They will sell a car you are trying to buy without informing you. When they sell the car you wanted to someone else, the try and switch you to another car. More
