There is a diagnostic fee that is not applied to repairs. I left a message with my service advisor to not do the unnecessary throttle linkage and fuel injector treatments. The service was done anyway, before diagnosing or doing any other work, and before I knew the full cost of repairs on my 2014 Regal. The advisor said they'd apply it to my next service. As part of $7000+ worth of repairs, to correct misfiring, they replaced the spark plugs. As they should have known, new plugs can cause old coils to go bad, which they did, necessitating another visit. Not only did they not apply a credit for the unrequested services, they didn't give me any break on the bring-back repairs, despite having serviced my car there for the past ten years. By the way, the rude service manager claimed I had requested canceling only one of the services, implying I was lying. He dismissed my loyalty, saying the management has only been there five years. The Service manager is horrible and unprofessional. He does not care about his customers and is a terrible communicator. I am so disappointed with the treatment and service provided. Especially the service department as i am not the only customer who has had an issue here and I am sure I won't be the last. First thing they should do is take "Quality" OUT OF THE NAME! Absolute worst service experience in my 50+ years of driving! Went in to get drivers side window fixed. Six hours later they tell me they need a part. a week later they call and say, "the part is in!" When I get there they say, "Sorry, they ordered the wrong part". They call me a week later and said, your part is in. I go in and the service lady asks why I'm there. I explain that I was told the part was in. She said, "I don't know why they told you that, your part isn't in" Finally after weeks they call and tell me the part is in! I ask for conformation that the cradle for the drivers side door is in. "Yes, we can take you next Wednesday". I drop the car off at the scheduled day and after 4.5 hours they call me and say, "Someone ordered the wrong part". I tell them I'll come get the car and when I get there I'm handed my keys so I go to the garage to get my car.. no car around. The service guy is there and asks me what I'm looking for, I said My Car! The white Equinox, he says, "it's outside". I aks where outside and he points to the door and says, I'm showing you where it is!" I ask if it's to the right or left as I go outside and he says to the right. I go out to the right but no car.. I look left, no car, i.e., no cars at all! I go back in and the guy takes the keys from me and walks away mumbling to himself. He walks in a completely different direction than he told me to go and 5 minutes later he pulls up outside the bldg,, not into the garage, he leaves it on Van Nostrand Ave. (If you know Englewood you know this is a busy street) and hands me the keys. No apology, no thank you for considering us, nothing. If there are less skilled, unprofessional service departments somewhere, I've never dealt with them! Good business sense would have been to keep the customer happy, especially for something that would have taken very little effort and would have guaranteed that I would continue to come back to them. I might have to consider alternate places in the future, since I don’t feel that they really cared. That is disappointing, since my family and I have gone to that dealership in Englewood for over 50 years. More

Not going back there! The service adviser Scott Hunter was just awful to deal with. I had to repeat myself multiple times and then I had to correct the requested services as he put it wrong on the paper all the while he is trying to upsell me. To top it off, I get into my car and the panels inside where not correctly put back, the glove box door now drops with a bang every time I open it, papers that were in my glove box were not all put back, some were in the back seat some under the seat. For that I am giving 0-stars. I am giving 3-stars for JOSEPH FALLIVENE. All the while I was there this guy was consistently busy, eather with customers or paperwork. I saw Mr. Fallivene resolve a number of customer concerns. More

My Experience at Chevrolet Really Nice People... I called the Chevrolet Englewood... It was nearest to where I live... But my Car was not able to drive.. A C compressor... My Ca Really Nice People... Alright Staff was very nice, very welcoming to me and my son. Only thing is service is overpriced and when I left the car was still in bad shape.
