Also, to the last question on the resume about how important is the service center to my decision where to buy a car, I have a couple of Ford trucks that I usually take for Ford Kearny Mesa. They have a way fancier and nicer service department from the time you arrive there someone greets you but the quality (friendliness of the staff) is lacking so all of that stuff is overided by the friendliness of the staff here. Would 100% go back to anywhere with friendly staff. More

This is the 2nd vehicle we purchased from Quality, and the 6th Tahoe/Suburban over the years. The first truck was easy, no fuss, and we got exactly what we wanted. With this purchase, it was easy, but I the 6th Tahoe/Suburban over the years. The first truck was easy, no fuss, and we got exactly what we wanted. With this purchase, it was easy, but I was a bit disconcerted when we went through the cost, and the "optional" purchase were already applied/attached to the truck, and could not be removed. I understand the paint coating can't be removed, but none of the options were really options, including a digital license plate that I never would have purchased. And none of the "optional equipment" was listed on the window sticker; it should have been considering it wasn't optional, so it was definitely a surprise. I would have given 5 stars, except for the issue with "optional" items, which raised my purchase price by $4000. More
