We sincerely apologize for your experience at Quantrell Cadillac. Dustin, our Service Manager, reached out to you on Saturday to discuss your experience. Based on the conversation with Dustin, Mrs. Young said she called a week prior and spoke with Hayden about getting a loaner as they live over an hour and a half away. Since we did not have loaners available at that time, we offered to get a rental car from Enterprise. Since the vehicle was not completed right away, Mrs. Young was able to keep the rental until the vehicle was completed. Mrs. Young asked Hayden to give her 1 day notice to pick up the car because she had to make arrangements with her work schedule. Hayden called the day before to let her know her vehicle would be ready to pick up and she came the next morning. Dustin let her know that we will continue to provide a loaner or rental when needed and that we understand that leaving your car with a repair facility can be inconvenient without transportation. Once again, we apologized for any inconvenience that we may have caused. If there is anything we could have done differently, please feel free to let us know.
