I thought our sales person ,Tear Chhim was friendly, knowledgeable and not overly aggressive . I do not like an overly aggressive sales person. Mark Lucia was great. He was easy going and put no preasure. I'd been visiting the service staff @ Quirk for a bit over 2 years to service my first Jeep, and my lease was set to expire in October. I walked in on Sunday, was greeted by several individuals, and ini over 2 years to service my first Jeep, and my lease was set to expire in October. I walked in on Sunday, was greeted by several individuals, and initially met with Sam (manager). He began processing my turn-in immediately! We started talking, and I indicated my interest in upgrading from my Compass to a Liberty, as I'd done a lot of research and the 5 star safety rating was very impressive. I was nervous on the cost increase, but he ran through the numbers as well as the extensive incentives ($8k...!!!!), and even shopped for the best lease rate from separate lenders. Roman worked with me, accompanied me on the test drive, and answered all of my ridiculous questions (i.e. exactly how do I use the 4x4). He was excited... not to make a sale, but because I was getting a great vehicle, and the pride in the company he works for was evident as he discussed the features. There was never an instant that I felt pressured, or that I was getting a hard up-sell into something I couldn't afford. The hardest part of the experience was choosing a color! They have an extensive inventory, genuinely friendly staff, and followed through on everything they said they would (i.e. registry, sticker, insurance). This dealership exemplifies what customer service should be. I was terrified of the process, but walked away feeling exhilarated not only that I have a beautiful new car, but that I had zero stress in the entire process. If you are anywhere on the South Shore, this should be your dealer of choice. More

After telling him I was interested in leasing a new Jeep Liberty he asked what monthly payment I was comfortable paying and features and color I was interested in. Based on that info he checked inventory and went outside and pulled up with a Liberty with everything I wanted at a price I could afford. I found this so stress free because it can be overwhelming looking at all the sticker prices on the lot. They have a customer for life! More

When I first walked in to Quirk's showroom, I was impressed with how immaculate it was. The sales and service staff were attentive, friendly, and very professional.
