ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SERVICE CENTER EXPERIENCE EVER. DO NOT SHOP OR SERVICE HERE. Avoid this service center at all costs! I brought my 2023 Kia Niro here for a clear issue after repairs, I pick up the car, and there was a problem that the car was physically drifting left and right while the wheel drive is centered and the experience was a complete nightmare. After holding my car, the service officer, manager & the technician flat-out denied there was even a problem. The technician actually argued with me, and refused to take the car back into the bay for repair, claiming he "did everything" and there was "nothing else he could do." I refused to back down because I knew the car wasn't right. After a 6-hour standoff and finally forcing them to actually look at the vehicle again, the technician suddenly "discovered" that it was the axle all along. It took 6 hours of my life and a heated argument & disrespectful way just to get someone to do the job they were already paid to do. This is a total lack of accountability, zero professional service or diagnosis, and a complete disregard for customer safety. They will gaslight you and tell you your car is fine just to avoid doing the work. Stay far away from Quirk Kia Marshfield! More

When I called them out on their lies they told me to take the vehicle and they refuse to work on my car. Took it to Mastria KIA in Raynham and they are replacing the switch for me under warranty. Do not go to Quitk dealers More
Awful experience with service department . 67k truck brand new was bought from Marshfield. Paint started to bubble, shocks squeaking and something else grinding on the bottom. Originally brought it in 4 months prior to this post for warranty pictures etc. A month later I called to follow up and was informed it was a waiting game with dodge. 2 months later I called for another follow up to find out no warranty information was submitted. I spoke with service manager that said nothing could be done it was the old manager that didn’t take care of it and that I would have to drive the truck back down( hour and a half) at no time did they try to make the situation right by offering to travel to me to rectify the issue. It wasn’t until I emailed the dealership, looking to speak with the General manager to have this resolved. Shortly after the post the service manager called me and wanted to have things taking care of. The service manager was informed that I already gave him a shot to rectify this issue and I wasn’t satisfied with the answer and that I was looking to speak with the general manager. The general manager has yet to reach out and make this right. He was kind enough to respond to a negative review on the dealer site, trying to discredit my review, however could not reach out personally to get this situation fixed. I took it upon myself to reach out to the dodge manufacturer myself and explained the story. They were horrified at what they had learned. The lady immediately opened a warranty case for me and set me up with an appointment at 495 dodge in Lowell closer to my house. What an embarrassment quirk marshfield was treating a customer buying a 67k vehicle from them. More

Greatly Satisfied I left Quirk Dodge after purchasing a new Dodge Ram 3500 Pick Up , I felt like the salesman did a wonderful job listening to my need's, meeting my goa I left Quirk Dodge after purchasing a new Dodge Ram 3500 Pick Up , I felt like the salesman did a wonderful job listening to my need's, meeting my goal's and getting me a really great price/deal on my new truck. I couldn't have felt happier driving my new truck home, feeling like I had got everything that I had expected and then some. Thank You Quirk Dodge. More
Great selection, and we didn't feel preasured We had been to two other dealerships and they tried to sell us cars we didn't want... When it comes time for our daughter to get her car we will definitely go back to Quirk. Don't waste your time with other dealerships you will only be disappointed go to Quirk.
