We recently bought in 2016 Jeep Wrangler from Nick the GM at preowned quirk in Braintree . We originally agreed apon a different Jeep but had changed our minds and purchased this white Jeep instead. 2 week at preowned quirk in Braintree . We originally agreed apon a different Jeep but had changed our minds and purchased this white Jeep instead. 2 weeks later it is being serviced right now. Come to find out the brakes were “no good” that is what Quirk Kia told us so we are getting new brakes. The shifter was making a very loud clunking noise so they fixing that and it needed two front control arms because on the highway it was pulling to the right and shaking very bad. We found out there was a leak because the front mats were soaked underneath every time it rained which has caused a strong mildew smell. They have ordered a part for the leak but it is on back order so we are not sure when it will come in. We had to use a loaner car because I have a 2 year old and my husband works. He is a first responder and in National Guard so he can get called out at any point. We asked if quirk Braintree could cover the loaner since this is not our fault. We were not given information about the car before we bought third vehicle. There is no way Nick didn’t not know there was a leak. Nick told us they put new brakes on the Jeep so something isn’t adding up there either. Had I known all this stuff a week ago I would have returned the Jeep because we did sign the lemon law policy. On top of all that I still have GMC financial calling me about my loan payment. Wasn’t Nick supposed to take care of this? We will never go back to Quirk Braintree. Nick is awful and was very condescending. To me, this is Quirks responsibility all of it. Your company sold us a “lemon.” I would expect this from a disreputable no name used car dealership, not a preowned certified big business like Quirk. So now we have to bring the Jeep home and hope it doesn’t rain, and if it does rain we have to put a tarp over the top. We also have to figure out a way to get the mildew smell out. It’s $54 a day for the loaner car Nick told us his “boss” would not cover the cost. Are you kidding me.? Quirk is a pretty big business what is $54. This is so unacceptable on so many levels. This is horrible and the salesman is as well for lying. We will not be back and we will tell friends and family about our experience. We deserved more respect than this. HORRIBLE. More

I said would be there between 1 and 2 in the afternoon well to make a long story short we got there car was there waiting for us and the wife was happy to see it and excited to own a new car for her its new it took me 4 years to finally have her say yes to getting a new car, we sit down with Matt who is awesome i bought my truck from him and was looking forward to selling us another car well come to find out that they sold the car while we were sitting right there when they knew we were coming to buy it for my wife left a bad teats in my mouth and the wife was very unhappy with the GM Brandon how was unprofessional and unsympathetic when my wife got up and walked away very unhappy to find out the car of her dreams was sold from right underneath her Dave Napp is not a man of his word and Brandon is not A good GM to just sit their without trying to make a customer happy and work something out to please her i have to mention our sales Rep Matt was AWESOME and very good at his job who came out to my car and to make my wife feel a little better but i hope Brandon and Dave Napp will make it up to my wife some how . i hope no one ever have that experience from Quirk pre-owned in braintree ma. More

My experience at Quirk Pre Owned started out like a typical ride through a dealership car lot were once your on the lot the salesman attack except when I got there it was pouring rain and the only person that came out was Nick .I told him What vehicle I liked and told him what I was willing to spend and after about a hour of negotiating with his sales manager Dave . I walked out of there with the deal I wanted I came back the next day and Nick finalized the deal paperwork was done and I had the vehicle I wanted at the price I wanted to pay So anybody looking for a Great Vehicle at a Great Price stop by quirk pre owned ask for Nick and tell him Jim sent you . He was knowledgeable about every feature of the car and was super patient and friendly. The entire process , from the test drive to the negation process, Thomas was professional and courteous. The car is great and my daughter is thrilled! We have one minor body issue on the car that be corrected this week. Also, the fax machines weren’t working so we did have to do a little bit of the running around. Overall , this experience was positive and Thomas is highly recommended! More

Thanks for the hit on my credit for NO reason and I didn't even see one car!!!!! God forbid you go to a dearlership and ask to see some cars!!!! Seriously... basically he won't even show you a car until he runs your credit. Never had an experience like this anywhere else! More
