Apparently not sorry enough to refund the debit card.the amount charged erroneously for the oil change. Also, not sorry enough for the sales manager to call and apologize for being such a jerk on the phone and hanging up on me. Not sorry enough to take responsibility for your tech driving my car irresponsibly into the service bay, not sorry for any of it as far as I'm concerned.

thanks for the opportunity to respond. Full disclosure here. all safety recalls are reflected in the Carfax reports which we provide customers online and printed when they are in the store. Safety recalls are when manufactures voluntarily issue through their network potential fixes to make improvements. for instance, As our customers come in for oil changes, as a dealer, we take care of any open recalls at no charge. we resolve 100% of these notification very quickly. your Acura is no different. if the acura dealer is telling you the part is on back order they are being lazy. they can do an emergency order because its a recall part and it gets priority. if your issue was a really big problem, any manufacture would issue a stop sale. I can understand your concern, but in reality is is an over reaction to a very routine process. You purchase an incredibly clean MDX owned by a veteran that meticulously maintained the car and that's why you chose it. everything will work out perfectly.
