Had an oil change done there instead of Daytona Mitsubishi, and was charged for the service even though my service plan clearly states I should not have been charged. This dealership did not even o Mitsubishi, and was charged for the service even though my service plan clearly states I should not have been charged. This dealership did not even offer to refund my debit card and then when a review was left for them online, the service department representative called my personal phone and tried to cause an argument between myself, and my significant other. When I called the manager of the dealership, he was less than helpful as well and hung up on me. It is the customers right to leave whatever type of survey they feel is deserved whether the dealership likes it or not. Here's an idea, want a great survey, provide great service. My suggestion to anyone reading this, don't buy anything from this wonky dealership,Go to Daytona Mitsubishi. You get a better deal, better service, much, friendlier staff, and honest sales people. Also, when our other Mitsubishi was brought to this dealership for an oil change, the service tech recklessly drove my car into the service bay unaware I saw him do it. He sheepishly had to apologize to me for driving my car that way. Again, terrible experience, will never do business with this dealership again and I suggest you don't either. More

Scheduled appointment, got my vehicle taken care of in a timely manner. The service manager Kristian gave me a better deal than discussed over the phone for paintwork. A trade in of my vehicle resulted in me buying a used vehicle w a Acura SAFETY recall that may render the vehicle unsafe to operate and inoperable w a severely damaged motor; with possible crash and/or f vehicle w a Acura SAFETY recall that may render the vehicle unsafe to operate and inoperable w a severely damaged motor; with possible crash and/or fire hazard risk. (NHSTA) (note: w STOP SALE directive to Acura dealers). My salesperson Keven provided a Carfax to me as I requested with the recall noted (Feb 9, 2023). He remarked that it was a very nice one owner car, w low miles and a very good service record. I acknowledged his remarks but I DID NOT take note of, nor review and research the safety recall myself. Keven faithfully did what was asked of him. He is NOT at fault. My complaint is NOT with my salesperson KEVEN but w RC Hills management placing this car for sale with a noted 10 point safety inspection (sticker one window) but NOT disclosing the NHSTA safety recalI. RC Hill serviced and offered call for sale in mid April 2023; 1 1/2 months after the safety recall was notified to CARFAX in February 2023. Maybe RC Hill should have placed this car on the wholesale market while Acura managed the safety recall of this vehicle; NOT expose it to retail buyers. I needed a reliable safe car and was NOT sold one. My advice to buyers; ask for and receive CARFAX reports, read them carefully (I did not) and research any recalls before purchasing a used car. I will NOT shop for a vehicle at RC Hills Mitsubishi in Deland ever again. And I will not refer customers/friends to them. Very frustrating. It could have been a better experience if RC Hills management was looking out for the customers first best interest; owning and operating a safe vehicle on and after the day of purchase. Do your homework at home, don't wait til you get to the dealership. More
