I started out with Cal who stayed in contact with me through the entire stressful event of purchasing a car. He introduced me to John and the manager. I went in to the dealership to buy a brand new Subaru Forster touring ready to buy or order. I also have a vehicle for trade in, no accidents. I never heard of such a thing lately the way cars are going. I will never buy from this dealership. I’ll order from somewhere else. More

So i brought a car from here and within the next week it had to be returned due to the engine light coming on and acting weird as you drove it. I took it to the dealership they kept the car the first time f had to be returned due to the engine light coming on and acting weird as you drove it. I took it to the dealership they kept the car the first time for two weeks before telling me what the issue was which they said was nothing. Two weeks later the car does the same xxxx thing and I had to return it without basically driving the car at all before the same issue happened. They offered a car from the dealership but I requested that the first payment be made because of all the inconvenient and Jo said she would talk to the manager Greg. I reached out to Jo today because i have not heard anything and Greg the Manager says well we only agreed to do half of the car payment. I'm like why, the car has been sitting on your lot more then I have drove it and two you wait the day before the payment is due to tell me you will only do half. So I said I would have a talk with my lawyer and he tells me that If I speak to them they won't cut the check for half either. I would rather take my money somewhere else at this point and not deal with Greg, Chris, Dennis, the parts and labor or anyone there at all. I trusted Jo to make it happen and got the run around until the day before to be told oh we can only do half because they sold me a xxxxed up car that they kept saying they fixed or could not duplicate the problem. If I were you I would go somewhere else I dealt with these people before years ago and had the same issues and they DID pay the full amount for my first two notes because the car kept xxxxing up then too. I figured that things had changed which is why my mom and I came back but not only did she have issues with hers I am having the some as well. More
