i spoke with your used car manager this afternoon and he and the techs knew of the issue with the 3600.00 aftermarket magnaflow exhaust system. the system was one of the selling factors for me and i had to remove it due to a bad butterfly valve. not only do i not have the exhaust i wanted i am also out 600.00 for a replacement oem system i bought off ebay. that and the fact it took a bad review to get someone from your dealership to call me after the sale. the transmission judder, a common problem on all gm 8 speed transmissions.....i fixed myself with about 300.00 of amsoil synthetic transmission fluid and a few hours of my time.i love the car but my experience with your dealership has not been one of my better experiences.

I did review/discuss with the Radley Cadillac Management team your attempted purchase of the Escalade. The dealership was working a previous client from the weekend on the same vehicle. I stressed to the Radley team we must be clearer with inquiring clients about the status of a vehicle. In your case, when you began conversation with Penny Lloyd and Ben Hyde concerning the vehicle...followed by emails concerning value of Toyota then on to different options on financing (4 hour time frame) and final agreed upon purchase - trade - financing terms were not agreed upon...Radley did not remove the vehicle from sale availability. During the same time frame, follow up conversations were going on with client from the previous weekend...terms were agreed upon...thus partial payment submitted by the customer to secure the vehicle. Again, I did a review with managers. I want a clearer communication with inquiring customers to ensure no future customers have the same experience. We apologize for this inconvenience.
