There was an issue with the AC on our Crosstrek. Rafferty is probably the only Subaru dealership in the area that I'll deal with. Their service department is stellar not only in appearance but in Rafferty is probably the only Subaru dealership in the area that I'll deal with. Their service department is stellar not only in appearance but in doing the work correctly the first time. When we had an incident with our AC, the service department was patient with us, not only supplying a loaner both times we were in but explaining why the AC failed which Subaru of America now knows to be a defect in the vehicle. So, an email to SOA and a few phone calls later, SOA stepped up with paying for a majority of the cost of the repair. Many thanks to the service people for guiding us through the process. More
