My wife's Subaru Forester was about to come off of lease and we leased a 2024 Forester Premier. On delivery there was a malfunction which could not be immediately fixed. Our sales person Mike Scoleri notifi and we leased a 2024 Forester Premier. On delivery there was a malfunction which could not be immediately fixed. Our sales person Mike Scoleri notified the Sales Manager Steve Egrie who replaced the vehicle with a Limited Model at the same pricing. Cars these days are complex mechanically and electronically and even the most reliable manufacturers have cars that have issues - Subaru in my experience is among the best. What is important is that Rafferty and it's personnel made the issue "right," without us saying a word. If you want a dealer with Integrity that sells great cars I suggest Rafferty. More
