I have always loved Rafferty for their reputation for helping the community and non-profits close to my heart. When I made the decision to buy my first new car ever at the age of 65, Rafferty was where I helping the community and non-profits close to my heart. From the minute I walked in the door and was greeted by the wonderful receptionist to driving out with my new car, the whole experience was great. They taught me all the new gadgets, how to set things up for my comfort and invited me back 2 weeks later to review anything I forgot. They’ve kept in touch to make sure I’m happy. This dealership is like a warm hug. I highly recommend them to everyone. More

a bit disappointed with last visit to rafferty. although i had made repeated attempts to have an item fixed on my 2020 impreza almost since it was purchased, i was told that it was not covered unde although i had made repeated attempts to have an item fixed on my 2020 impreza almost since it was purchased, i was told that it was not covered under the warranty. although it was covered under my 2021. i expected better treatment after purchasing 3 cars and leasing 2 others, not to mention having all of these cars and others serviced at the same dealership. not feeling much owner loyalty.
