We live over three hours away and called ahead to discuss purchasing a specific car they had. They told us that they were flexible and would be willing to negotiate the price but only in person. We made the drive only to get there and be bait and switched and told there was absolutely no room for negotiation. Terrible behavior to not be upfront and make a customer drive hours only to blindside them. This behavior is the reason people dislike dealing with salespeople and dealerships. More
Recently purchased a used vehicle from this dealer. We had decided in the first 30 minutes which vehicle we wanted to purchase, still it took 4 hours to complete the transaction. They didn't seem particularly busy, just very, very slow. A few days later we noticed the front tires were a different size than the rear ones (not supposed to happen in an AWD car). It took 4 phone calls to various people to establish that they had known about it but sold it before fixing it. 2 days later after not driving the car at all, we were told the tires were in and we could drive down to have them switched out. No apologies, no acknowledgment that we had to take most of an afternoon to drive the 100 miles to and from the dealership. A little customer service from the beginning of the issue would have gone a long way. More

Requested to test drive a Honda Passport that was on special offer and received a response right away from Sales Associate Hugo. Knowledgeable friendly staff greet you at the Service doors and get you started. Updates of service are on cellphone which I really appreciate. I was in for recall part that took less time than expecte doors and get you started. Updates of service are on cellphone which I really appreciate. I was in for recall part that took less time than expected. They included a needed car wash for the inconvenience of recall. As a single senior I am very comfortable with my Honda Service Department dealings - that's not the way a woman used to feel when dealing with auto services. lol More

Despite leasing two cars in the last six years, only three years of my leasing history have appeared on my credit report. Despite my efforts to rectify the situation, the dealership has consistently shrugged off their responsibility, claiming it's "not their problem." Countless calls, emails, and visits to the dealership yielded no resolution. Even after many credit checks and speaking with lenders and banks, they were unable to get me anything. But another dealership did just that! Why? How? Nothing explains this customer service or experience! Rairdons Honda of Marysville has failed to uphold their end of the leasing agreement and provide adequate customer service. Beware of their lack of accountability and consider alternatives for your automotive needs. More
This review is for the service department, I’ve been bringing my Pilot in for servicing when needed. I know there may be cheaper alternatives but overall this service department is very good.
