In truth, they were polite, informative and accommodating. I just bought my second BMW from Rallye, and I couldn't be more satisfied. While competing dealerships were trying to woo me on price, the Rallye team kept me with superior service and account management. I highly recommend Rallye BMW for anyone in the market for a luxury car. More

11/16/2016 - MY16 BMW ///M4 Serviced at Rallye Motors I brought my 2016 M4 in for the 1,200 mile service and to fix my ConnectedDrive this week. Carol Clark-Muniz was my Service adviser. She was extreme I brought my 2016 M4 in for the 1,200 mile service and to fix my ConnectedDrive this week. Carol Clark-Muniz was my Service adviser. She was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional. I have to tell you I was very concerned about my car because of my past experiences with other dealerships and reps, but the moment I pulled up I felt at ease. In front of me online was an X6 ///M, ///M4, and ///M3. At that point I realized they must be knowable with ///M vehicles. The entire team seemed very organized. Everyone was identifiable by their Rallye uniforms and name tags. No one there stands around. They're all working to get your BMW in and you off to whatever you do. Rallye truly sets the bar high. There is no other dealer, with the exception of the BMW dealership in Manhattan, that even comes close. They're the benchmark that every other dealership should strive to be. Anyone that complains about this team should try another BMW Service Center. They'll surely get a rude awakening when their car is returned with 3 wheels :). Ok, so now for the return of the vehicle... I could not believe it, but Carol called me later that same day and said the car was ready and everything was completed and tested. They had fixed the ConnectedDrive System that BMW of North America Support (I believe BMW outsources this to another company) was clueless on how to repair. They also changed the engine oil (not a drop spilled on my engine cover) and the differential oil. I carefully inspected the car. There was not a mark on it from what I could see in their well lit service drop-off/pick-up area. I know this review seems a little too perfect but it all completely true from start to finish without exaggeration. The most incredible part was that they drove the car 2-3 miles, which I immediately noticed, and put the reason and mileage on the service records. They had to warm the oil up to confirm the level was correct. Love these guys. I think I'm having a "Bromance" moment :) More
