I was shocked because I always have an automatic deduction, and in the seven years I have had BMW I have not been late for one minute with payment. I called this morning at 9 :15 and spoke with finance. They told me that there is no automatic deduction and I insisted it had always been done in the past. They said I would have to call the dealer. I did. I was told it had to be set up with finance. Again surprised so I tried to do online. Could not. Have no account. Called finance at 12:15. Three hours into my work day. The rep told me I would have to set up on line. Tried to set up an account. Had to try five different passwords. Took me till 1:00. Finally was able to access website. Got a message......SORRY THIS PAGE CANNOT BE ACCESSED AT THIS TIME...TRY LATER. Seven years of BMW and not one minute of late payment BECAUSE I BELIEVE THE DIRECT PAYMENTS WERE SET UP IN THE DEALERSHIP. This time I have to set it up, but because I did not know that, I am getting calls from finance about my past due payment. ON A DIRECT WITHDRAW PLAN. So its now 1:15 and I am going to go back and attempt to give these finance people all of my payment information, WHICH THEY HAVE HAD FOR SEVEN YEARS. More

Cris is like a sleazy auto dealer. Super rude, someone who has never learnt nothing about customer service. I had taken my car for the check engine light that appeared on my dash. I had a platinum warranty, the highest in all warranty options.for upto 100000 miles, sold by the dealership to me . He took my car in and then few hours later told me that the car saying that it will cost me $300 to run a diagnostic, which i reluctantly agreed to. Because that was supposed to be a paid by the warranty. To add insult to injury he came back telling me that he couldn’t find the problem in the $300 diagnostic,now he would have to deep dive and run a more thorough diagnostic and I have to come up with another $1000 , yes $1300 diagnostic to just find what the problem was, before any work could be started. Classic bait and switch. My local mechanic ran a computer check and come with the problem for $75. He told me that the warranty will cover it. He also told me to go back to the dealership for the repairs and the warranty would cover it. To cut the long story short. I worked with another repair advisor and sure enough, everything was covered including the “diagnostic”. All I paid for was my $100 deductible. If u ever have anything to be done at this dealership (rallley).make sure u avoid Cris like a plague.he is a liar and a cheat. More
