I buy /lease a new vehicle every 2-3 years, and have done so my entire life. The experience, up to the last few years, has been dreadful. My salesman, this time around, was the most professional, caring, kind, knowledgable salesman I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He knew his material, explained every option available to me, and tried to get me into the vehicle that best served my needs. He was NOT pushy like most salesman. He just really wanted to do what is right by me, and give me a deal that I was comfortable with. I will buy another BMW in the years to come, and would never even consider buying it anywhere but Ralleye. Nor, by the way, would I ever use another salesman except Shane Pitta. I have recommended him to everyone I know that might be interested in purchasing a BMW in the future. He is just the exact type of salesman that EVERYONE wants to have the good fortune of working with. He actually made the experience pleasurable! I never thought that before I met him!!!!! More

He is the only salesman I trust, so much so, that I sent my mother to him for her X3 lease. He has a great attention to detail and walked me through the entire process from start to finish. When it came time to purchase a BMW I went back to Peter. He spent time listening to what I was looking for and made sure to get me the best rate, even if it meant staying late.
