Nick Peresunko from Ramsey Nissan has provided great service all the way. I got a good car after being presented with many options.
All the details were transparently presented to me, including the price.
He went the extra yard and made sure that the car is in tip top condition, not hesitating to replace or fix and issue that I pointed out.
The buying experience was very good, and I certainly recommend Ramsey Nissan and Nick in particular.

My wife and I purchased a 2012 Murano and Nick was our salesperson. He was very knowledgeable about the car and answered all of our questions. We made a deal with Andy and Nick and they were very nice and there was no pressure tactics.
Go to Ramsey Nissan and ask for Nick (sales) and Andy (sales manager) and you will have a positive car buying experience.

I had done my homework and had visited 3 dealerships of Nissan in the NY & NJ area.
Lastly I came to Ramsey and had Nick as my Sales Rep. I told him what I was looking for and he very pleasantly showed me the inventory for Certified Pre Owned Altima's he had.
Buying a pre-owned car with knowing what you are looking for is difficult because you know what exactly you need from your car . From a dealers perspective having THAT car and having the right attitude to sell / oversell the car is also important. They know what they are selling and can try to sell a dead horse to you . I liked the very first car that was shown to me and test drove it. Nick told me everything that Car had to offer and also NOT to offer. I was pretty late in the day to reach there so it was already beyond the time a dealership closes but still they were patiently dealing me .
I was satisfied with the car and went to the desk for price negotiation. Jeff was a tough customer to deal with. Straight-forward and knew what he was offering me. I was disappointed in the first place and the deal didnt worked out and I went home without a car. (the day being Saturday)
On Monday I got a call from Nick and he connected me to Jeff (business manager) and we eventually worked out the pricing, Jeff got me a nice APR for financing the car. I was again late to reach to the dealership but Jeff and Nick had all the paperworks ready for me. I was briefed about each form I had signed and all that was required from me to be done was to just agree (if at all) and then sign the papers.
30 Mins and I was out driving the car.
The overall experience was amazing and I definitely recommend this dealership to anybody who is interested in a Nissan.

I did my HOMEWORK. I knew the price I was willing to pay. I went to Nissan of Manhattan and Rockland Nissan. These DEALERSHIPS was a waste of time SAME OLD STORY!!!! I went to Ramsey Nissan. I met with Mae Naber who is one of the nicest professional people you will ever want to meet. Within five minutes of talking with Mae I had a verbal agreement. I was then introduced to sales manager Andrew Waddell, who is another outstanding person. Done deal, all within 30 minutes of walking in door, (I did not change onething from one dealerships to the other). Within 18 hours of meeting Mae Naber she had every logistical item completed (loan docments,Ins docs etc.)and best of all I had my new car with NO BS!!!!

I cannot stress enough how this experience was actually a pleasure instead of the usual run around!!!!!!!!

Mae Naber has made my experience a memorable one!!!!!!! She is by far the most Professional,Respectfull and Honest Saleswoman (sales person) I have EVER dealt with.

Nick was pleasent from the moment he greeted me till the last minute of delivering my car.very knowlegable,friendly, experienced and very informative. while test driving the car Nick was explaning evry thing that the car have to offer.

I called Diana Newman,owner loyalty manager on March 7, because I saw smoke coming from under my hood. Not only was she able to get me an appointment the very next day, but she was also able to secure a loaner car for me. The service rep, Alan Galinko listened closely to everything I told him and continuously kept me up to date on what their findings were.
