Hi, I had an appointment for oil change 1st service at 930 and I arrived at 940. I did not leave before 12 noon. I think the process is slow and not efficient. I visited this dealer for an oil change, but received my car after service with a scratched bumper. As a loyal customer that just recently purchased a brand new vehicle from this dealer, this was very unset car after service with a scratched bumper. As a loyal customer that just recently purchased a brand new vehicle from this dealer, this was very unsettling. One of the employees from the service department insisted they did not damage my car, but the damage was not there prior to my visit. The manager was very helpful and agreed to fix the damages, so that was a positive. Still, this is not something a customer should have to face when visiting a dealer for service. More

Oil change, filter change - no problem, but when it comes to tires, they screw up at the first attempt. Twice when I had tire issues, I had to come back because air was leaking from one tire or more, after to tires, they screw up at the first attempt.
