This dealership is not like any other I have been too, with all the high glossed floors and fancy features. Ty Patterson greeted me, he was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and not pushy. Since he knew I was coming in, the Flex was already pulled up front and ready for me. This car was in excellent condition, priced very well and I wanted it. My experience at Randal Noe in Terrell, TX was more than exceptional. I would definitely recommend buying a car from here and especially from Ty Patterson. Jessica Ragan was my first contact person by phone. She has a great "greeting" personality that, in my opinion, sets the tone for the department. She set up my appointment to meet with Todd Broome, Sales Consultant. Todd is a car buyer's dream. He is friendly, courteous, considerate, straight forward and not pushy to make a sale. If you are in the market for a used vehicle, I highly recommend Todd. Next level, was Vincent Clementi, Sales Manager, the one to negotiate with. He's a tough cookie, but we worked it out. Last was Brandon Nabors, Business Manager, who sets up the finance end. I drove away in my first Ford vehicle. I have no experience with the Service Dept. Any servicing to be done will be at Town East Ford because it is closer to home. Overall, my experience was a good one. More

I called first and the Used Car Manager, Anthony Heverly answered the phone, I expressed my concern and he was nothing buy understanding. He told me that alot of changes had taken place and that they were all the better and everyone in place there now, has the same goal in mind, customer service. They sure do mean it, I was impressed at how transparent they are and how huge of a selection they have there in the pre owned location.
