Trying to steal my money and my disabled aunts money So we went into Randall Noe with a loan from a company called "Road Loans" who approved me at 100% with $450 down. The company tried charging me $1000 So we went into Randall Noe with a loan from a company called "Road Loans" who approved me at 100% with $450 down. The company tried charging me $1000 for tt&l claiming the loan doesn't cover it. When I made the complaint to the loan company they do pay 100%. I sent a message to the BBB concerning them. More

Horrible business! I found a ad online for a 2012 hyundai and went to look at it. They came at me with a different price and said it was a typo. I fought til I got the p I found a ad online for a 2012 hyundai and went to look at it. They came at me with a different price and said it was a typo. I fought til I got the price that was originally online. Then they said they had ordered the front bumper and did a "we owe" for it to be replaced. Three weeks later I'm still haggling with that and no bumper was ordered! Now they are saying "it's not fair for us to replace it if it could possibly be patched, you need to bring it in to be looked at". A feature stated on the online ad showed keyless entry. AFTER financing I get the keys and didn't get the keyless entry. I was told that was a typo too and since financing had been done and car was considered "off the lot" it's not their responsibility anymore. They are a bait and switch company! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!! They are rude, don't call you back, and don't stick to their promises. If you do purchase, make sure you get everything they owe your before financing because they won't follow through. Randall Noe should be ashamed to have a business ran like this. That place is a joke! More
My son bought a Hyundai Elantra from there about 10 months ago. The advertised price on the internet for the exact stock # we bought was $19,000. They priced him at $21,000. In the finance office the finance guy (Kurt) told my son that he had to purchase the extended service agreement for $1500 or they could not do the deal. They said he had to take it but he could call and cancel it the next day. I had to cosign for him as he was just 20 years old so I personally witnessed this. My son called the next day to cancel it and they (Christie) said they would mail the cancellation forms. Now 10 months and three additional calls later, we had still not received the forms. So I stopped in today with my son and asked the original salesman Jack if he could direct me to the person I needed to get the form and he told me that Christie doesn’t work on Saturday. I said she doesn’t seem to work any other day of the week either as I have now asked for the forms 4 times. I told him that I was not leaving until I had the forms. His response was, “I don’t care.” My suggestion is to secretly record all conversations going down in the finance office. I found out yesterday that Kurt’s activities were illegal and are punishable by a $10,000 penalty paid to you the customer, a $10,000 fine to the dealership and in some cases you will get the car for free. Make sure you record the conversations though. More

Worst customer service ever!!!! A customer deserves to know the outcome either way. More
