I bought a new truck n January 2025 and the check engine light came on. When I took it to Randall Reed’s service department they did give me a rental the first attempt. After 3 attempts to repair it they st light came on. When I took it to Randall Reed’s service department they did give me a rental the first attempt. After 3 attempts to repair it they still did not fix the problem and I have to argue with them to even get a rental. Very poor service. More

I arrived at Randall Reed with 2 problems, the first was the easy job of fixing a recall, but the other was something they never saw before. I had a small about 3 foot snake crawl behind my dash and die. If the easy job of fixing a recall, but the other was something they never saw before. I had a small about 3 foot snake crawl behind my dash and die. If you have ever smelled road kill before just image driving with it 45 mins to the dealership. They were able to get the rest of the snake out, deodorize and get the smell out. Thank God because I just paid my truck off and I was ready to burn it if they didn’t fix it. Thanks to Randall Reed I have my truck back smelling like new. Highly recommend the service department and Rodney for helping us. More
