My vehicle has been here for warranty repairs more than we would like. Just over a year ago the AC wasn’t blowing cold so we brought it in. Ned S was awesome. Went above and beyond to get me and my kids a we would like. Just over a year ago the AC wasn’t blowing cold so we brought it in. Ned S was awesome. Went above and beyond to get me and my kids a rental and fix our car. Ever since Ned left the service is horrible!! The wait is 3 months for a rental to get the car in the service department to get the AC fixed under extended warranty! The service agent (whom I won’t name right now) was rude, spoke over me and didn’t care that we have kids and no ac! Nothing was offered besides restating that there is a 3 months air for a rental. Next step is reaching out to management and above! I do not recommend Randal reed service center. More
