You Know just by his friendly personality and the fact I didn't feel as though I was being hustled I bought that new truck. and then I met Steve Brooks the Finance Manager and wow what an amazing man he was, between you salesman and finance man they made my experience the best I have ever had buying a new vehicle. I purchased my Nitro in February 2007 and have taken it no where else for service. Always friendly, respectful and service prices have been very reasonable and better than any where else that I have chec no where else for service. As a single woman, there is always that concern of being taken advantage of, or made to feel stupid, but I don't feel that I have ever had that issue with Gerry Wood.
