But I was fortunate enough to deal with Alan Burnside, he is legitimately a pleasure to work with. Alan is very knowledgeable, understanding, and patient, my experience picking up an f-type couldn't have went any better. There is nothing about my entire experience that I would change. Although everyone at Jaguar Edison seems to be great Alan burnside is the one to go to. He is a real gentleman and a pleasure to work with, he will make sure you walk away with exactly what you want. Totally stress-free car buying I have just purchased the new 2017 XE in beautiful British Racing Green! This was my first luxury car purchase and Jaguar was always my dream car. I am by nature a tense person, especially when making a large purchase. James Mull got coffee for my wife and I while he walked us through every single step of the way, from choosing the model, options, the math on whether it was better to buy or lease, all in a relaxed, pleasant, and patient manner. He happily tolerated our test drives, one of which I purposely got myself lost in order to test the car's navigation system! (It passed). I believe that I can sum-up my feelings toward James in this way: he made the entire process stress-free. I now call Jim a friend. I would also like to say a few words about Sales Manager Craig Sirota. He, together with Jim, worked to get me the best deal on both my new car and my trade-in. So I figured let me give him a shot, I really didn't know what to expect. In my past experiences dealing with other salesman from start to finish it was all pressure which made me feel that all salesman's where the same, until I met Alan from the moment that we sat he made me feel comfortable.
