He helped us determine exactly what features we wanted and never looked to cross sell features that would not fit our priorities. Finally, Lenny has a very polite demeanor and we never felt pressured into making a deal. Excellent Faith did a great job finding a car my Mom would be happy with. We had been to one other dealership before that was pressuring us to take a car we did Faith did a great job finding a car my Mom would be happy with. He extremely profeesional, courteous and very knowledgeable about the car. He pointed out several options that he recommended based on his experience. Delivery process was smooth. Mike spent alot of time showing me how to work all the features of the car. They even picked me up to bring me to the dealer to pick up the car. I could not have asked for more. I did have 2 other sales consultants in the past 12 years which have since both left Catena They will never compare to Morris. Lets face it, who loves or even likes going car shopping. I know I don't care for it at all. Morris calls me a few months before the lease ends and gives me plenty of options to choose from. Morris is completely follow thru kind of guy. Professional, experienced and knows his product well. I appreciate his attentiveness to my needs of what I am looking for in leasing my next vehicle.
