I leased my second car with jerry salter from ray price in 8 months and I am happier than a clam. Have purchased 6 cars from Ray Price group over the years. The last 2 during 2020. Ray Cuadrado was the sales rep for both transactions. Would give no stars if possible! We made apt to see a car, confirmed at 3pm and all was good! Got there 445 and waited 30 min and then guess what..... the sales people (who are right in our view, come on car, confirmed at 3pm and all was good! Got there 445 and waited 30 min and then guess what..... the sales people (who are right in our view, come on.......your walls are made of glass) texted us 520pm, that sorry car not available. Then sales people come out and say " we have an older car for more money to show you" rude! So with our pre-approval letter from the bank in hand we went to Haltermans and bought a newer and more 3xpensive car! More

Robert Nelson was a wonderful sales rep! You definitely will want to work w/him. He even took the time when the sale was complete to set up my blue tooth equipment & made sure that I was ready to roll to will want to work w/him.
