Great Customer Care I've been a customer of Ray Price Honda since 1998 and have always been happy with their sales and service departments. Recently, my Crosstour was I've been a customer of Ray Price Honda since 1998 and have always been happy with their sales and service departments. Recently, my Crosstour was in need of maintenance and a major repair. There was a delay in getting the parts needed for the repair and a loan vehicle was offered to me without having to ask. That was a lifesaver for me since I don't have any alternative way to get to and from my job if I don't have my car. My car again drives like a dream with the repairs that were made. I appreciate that the service techs are proactive about letting me know what services my car will need in the future so that I can plan and keep my car in good condition so it hopefully will never let me sit along the road. My most recent interaction was with Mark Peterson and he was wonderful. I have yet to have a negative experience with anyone in the service department at the Snydersville facility. I love the new facility. The waiting area is a huge improvement over the one that was in the old facility in East Stroudsburg, there is plenty of room to park and it is so convenient to drive your car right into the service receiving area, especially on a cold, rainy day. More

CIVICS HAVE DEFECTIVE AC SYSTEMS!!! I bought a 2016 Civic from Ray Price which takes special r1234yf refrigerant that no one can service except the dealer. It’s $100/lb. Repair is around I bought a 2016 Civic from Ray Price which takes special r1234yf refrigerant that no one can service except the dealer. It’s $100/lb. Repair is around $2400. The compressor and condenser are DEFECTIVE and Honda knows it. Honda and Ray Price are refusing to acknowledge this. Class action Is in the works. Consider yourself warned! More
