My Husband & I initially went to Ray Skillman Hoosier Ford to look at a Ford Explorer that had 2nd row bucket seats after the Indianapois dealership did not have what we were looking for. Once we arrive Ford to look at a Ford Explorer that had 2nd row bucket seats after the Indianapois dealership did not have what we were looking for. Once we arrived, we were greeted by Chuck. He went over all the options that we were looking for in a new Explorer. Although we had not planned on buying from this dealership, Chuck & David "Hog" were fantastic at answering questions, locating exactly what we were looking for & offering us the same value on trade-in as the Indy dealership was. Within a few hours, Hog was able to locate a new Explorer with every option that we were looking for. The day that we picked up our new Explorer, Chuck, Hog & Cody were more than helpful in showing us all the options & explaining how everything worked. Ernie was fantastic throughout the financing part of the deal! He was very thorough and was able to answer all my questions! I choose this dealer as the first of the 3 dealers I was planning to visit. Cody was he first to contact me my email and the follow up by phone. I had looked and looked for a good deal on a vehicle for a third row with my upcoming twins. They had the vehicle I wanted with the payments I wanted and told me we were already pre-approved. Apparently according to miscommunication on THEIR part they had wrong information when they put the deal through. We signed the contract, brought the car home and thought everything was fine. Received a call a week later saying that they couldn't get us approved. We've already wasted our time, our money and the amount of stress they have caused us over this deal has been immense. I would not recommend working with them. I am now in distress over the little amount of time I have to rectify what they did and how I'm going to come up with a vehicle when I have already told other dealerships I already made a purchase. They were nice at the beginning when making the deal, but little did I know everything that was too follow! More

Chuck and the rest of the staff were all amazing.
